How to Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within one hour of placing it. Simply scroll down to the “You’ve changed your mind” section and follow the instructions.
If more than 60 minutes have passed or if you have any questions, please contact us at support@modish-vogue.com, and we will assist you in finding a solution.
Cancellation Processing Time
Cancellation requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your request.
Conditions for Cancellation
To cancel your order, the following conditions apply:
- Your order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.
- If the item is damaged, has incorrect dimensions, or does not match the photos displayed, you may also request a cancellation.
Consequences of Cancelling After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, the customer does not have the option to cancel the order. In this case, standard return procedures must be followed for unwanted items.
Confirmation of Cancellation
If you cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email, you should receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been successfully canceled. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at support@modish-vogue.com, including your original order number.
Issues with the Auto-Cancel Option
